Job Purpose

The Content Designer supports the creation, design, and management of learning content for both internal teams and external customers. You’ll work closely with the Content Management team to produce high-quality written and multimedia content, including help articles, infographics, videos, and microlearning modules. Your role will involve assisting with content updates, optimizing existing materials, and ensuring all content aligns with Vista’s brand voice and learning objectives.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, design, and digital learning and wants to grow their skills in content creation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design:

  • Assist in developing engaging content for the agent Knowledge Base (KB) and the Help Centre (HC) to improve user experience and support learning initiatives.

  • Help create and edit written, visual, and multimedia content, such as help articles, training videos, microlearning modules, and infographics.

  • Support the localization and adaptation of content for different markets and audiences.

  • Work within established content templates and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Editing & Optimization:

  • Review and refine existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and accessibility best practices.

  • Assist in conducting regular content audits to update outdated materials and improve engagement.

Collaboration & Project Support:

  • Work closely with Content Writers, Instructional Designers, and other stakeholders to support ongoing content initiatives.

  • Assist in managing content requests through intake systems, ensuring efficient workflow and prioritization.

  • Provide administrative support for content projects, such as documenting processes and updating project management tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Design, Film Production and/or Creative Writing

  • Proven experience as a content designer, copywriter, video producer, educator, or a related role, with a portfolio of published work demonstrating exceptional writing & production skills.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise content for internal and external audiences

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Zendesk, Careforce, 360 & Jira

  • Strong understanding of branding, tone of voice, and the ability to adapt content to align with the Vista brand's guidelines.

  • Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for small businesses, content production, and the desire to make a positive impact on our CARE specialists’ & customers' success.
