Job Purpose
The Content Management Project Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing each request and the delivery of content across Vistaprint, 99designs, Vistacreate & Wix. While the Community Learning Lead focuses on people management, content strategy and long-term objectives, you will drive the day-to-day operations and monitor content requests.
The Content Management Project Lead is the go-to person for managing active projects in Jira, from hosting kick-off meetings, setting content priorities, assigning tasks and reporting on project outcomes. On a personal level, you will have a growth mindset, and be highly organized, detailed, empathetic and passionate about learning. You will work intimately with the Content Developers & the Digital Learning Lead to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest educational standard set by Vista CARE.

Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead and oversee end-to-end learning content projects for the Knowledge Base (KB), LMS & Help Centre (HC), ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, reduce team bottlenecks, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
Content Strategy:
Assist the Community Learning Lead and the Capability Development Leads to develop content strategies that align with business objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines. Ensure that The Content, Action & Priority Matrix (CAP) is implemented and assigned correctly for each content request.
Content Creation:
Provide guidance and support to Content Developers & the Digital Learning Lead during planning, conceptualizing, creating, and editing high-quality content for our internal agents and external customer audiences. Ensure content is compelling, accurate, on-brand, and tailored to each Vista platform.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to the Content Management Team's day-to-day needs in collaboration with the Community Learning Lead. Ensure high-quality output by supervising and mentoring their work. Foster seamless workflow and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders through the utilization of Jira.
Stakeholder Management:
Form direct relationships with stakeholders assigned to each project. This will include hosting kick-off meetings, identifying specific project needs, providing updates and setting expectations effectively.
Content Optimization:
Supervises the CARE INTAKE & OWL portals. Continuously analyze content performance using data-driven insights and implement strategies to improve engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Content Review:
Responsible for the provision of the Refreshment Lifecycle, including content curation, moderation, clustering and refinement.
Collaboration:
Foster effective cross-functional collaboration across Capability Development, Product teams, as well as stakeholders within Vista. Keep updated on product launches, OKRs and learning needs for all content audiences. Act as a key liaison between the CM Team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of projects.
Quality Control:
Support thorough content reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand voice, and localization of all content. Implement content governance processes and analyze content performance metrics to assess the impact of content efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Tasks and activities.

Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct initial assessments to identify requirements and constraints.
Content Strategy Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define content goals and target audience needs.
Conduct content audits to assess existing content assets and identify gaps.
Develop content strategies aligned with organizational objectives and audience preferences.
Content Creation and Management:
Coordinate with L&D, localisation, content creators, writers, editors, and designers to produce high-quality content.
Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of content across various platforms.
Track progress of requests.
Quality Assurance and Optimization:
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
Monitor content performance metrics and use data to inform optimization strategies.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and issues.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and team members.
Present project updates and findings to stakeholders through reports and meetings.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks and minimize their impact.
Proactively monitor project progress and address any obstacles or challenges that arise.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
Generate regular progress reports and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure project success.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Governance:
Develop and implement content governance processes, including workflows, roles, and responsibilities.
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Solicit feedback from stakeholders and team members to identify lessons learned and areas for enhancement.
Implement changes and adjustments to optimize project processes and outcomes.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or industry experience in Education, Project Management, Creative Writing, Media Production and/or Design
3+ years of relevant experience within a similar position in a fast-moving environment.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring content management teams.
Extensive experience with Zendesk, Careforce, 360 & Jira.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
