Job Purpose
The Content Writer plays a crucial role in crafting compelling and persuasive written content that engages our customers and specialists, as well as supports their platform education. Your primary responsibility will be to create written materials that effectively educate on Vista products and processes within Vista CARE. This includes scripts, articles, email templates, micro learnings and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for copyrighting, a background in Vista CARE and learning design, as well as the ability to adapt their writing style to various audiences and platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities
Copyrighting:
Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that effectively communicates key messages, and processes and inspires action from customers & CARE specialists.
Content Research:
Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform content development strategies.
Content Auditing:
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with Product & Capability Development teams to ensure all written content is accurate, clear, and engaging.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist in managing content calendars and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of content assets.
Tasks and activities
Conduct research or interviews on various topics, to create fact-based content with proper citation.
Develop engaging and persuasive written content for various learning materials including articles, videos, infographics, micro learnings, and email templates. Adapt writing style and tone to align with Vista's brand voice, in addition to internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with Capability Development & Product teams to understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Vista’s products and services. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights to enhance content performance.
Participate in kick-off meetings to understand the needs of stakeholders and project requirements.
Update stakeholders via the CARE INTAKE portal on content and manage projects effectively.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar role.
Background in Vista CARE and a high understanding of customer and CARE specialists’ needs
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Ability to craft compelling and persuasive content that engages and motivates all Vista audiences both internally and externally.
Strong research skills to gather information and understand products and processes.
Previous experience with Jira, Zendesk, Careforce & 360.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
Creativity and the ability to maintain the Vista brand voice across all content.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
