They produce learning solutions for synchronous and asynchronous experiences by conducting needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation. They maintain course catalogs, offer mentorship to others, and implement modern learning techniques in content design. They practice strong project management skills and collaborate to deliver value-maximizing outputs which aid the team in driving the company’s strategy. They also champion collaboration, improve efficiencies, and promote alignment between the learning team and our partners.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Apply adult learning instructional design principles to build solutions for delivery across multiple platforms.
Partner with Learning Professionals, SMEs, and project collaborators to conduct learning needs analysis and evaluate results.
Formulate curricula that align with proficiencies and knowledge gaps to produce desired behaviors.
Maintain learning catalogs by converting content to interactive, digital formats that reflect business change while accommodating the four ways of working.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for Learning Professionals and partners and mentorship to content creators.
Tasks and activities
Use authoring software, animation, audio, and video editing/production tools to produce digital content.
Conduct quality assurance of learning content for adherence to industry standards, instructional design, and adult learning principles, to reduce cognitive load and increase engagement.
Scope instructional design projects and provide level-of-effort assessments
Key contributor in high visibility, medium impact learning projects.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
3 years experience in a similar role, working in an environment that facilitates rapid management response
Academic Degree, major in Adult Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or another related field.
Advanced knowledge of word processing and presentation applications and instructional design tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond, and is able to learn new applications.
Advanced knowledge of communication, collaboration, and messaging platforms to facilitate cross-functional partnerships
Skilled at developing production-ready storyboards with strong writing ability, creativity, attention to detail and proofing and editing skills. Technical writing skills a plus.
Able to work on project teams using traditional or contemporary project management approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work on multi-cultural, cross-functional teams.
Maintain a professional demeanor, discretion, and composure.
Able to use tools and resources and adapt to changes quickly
Able to prioritize multiple tasks
Able to take direction and feedback.
Must be flexible to accommodate global schedules and multiple time zones.
Must be skilled in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
